How to order

For a majority of our customers the hardest part is knowing what to order. It is very important that you know the model of your bike when ordering custom made parts. Our goal is to build the correct parts for your bike so it looks great and handles properly. With our extensive experience in manufacturing Custom Triple Trees, we are happy to work with you directly to ensure what you are ordering is correct for your bike. Payment Terms
We invoice via papyal. You can use any payment method that papayl accepts. We also accept payments via Venmo

Shipping
   We ship US Domestic and Internationally using various carriers and services. Every shipment is fully insured which is included in the shipping cost. Actual shipping costs will vary depending on carrier and services used. We will give you an estimated delivery date at the time of order. We recommend allowing ample lead time for manufacturing & shipping which give us the opportunity to select the most cost effective shipping methods. 

Packaging
We carefully package every order completely assembled.  Installation instructions and the Invoice are included with every shipment. Invoices can be faxed or emailed upon request.

Warranties & Returns
We fully warranty our products for proper fitment and against any defects in quality or workmanship. If a part is machined incorrectly or does not fit as specified, we will fix the problem at no cost to you. Cancellations or returns are assessed a 25% fee to cover labor and material. To avoid fees it is crucial to be sure what you are ordering will work on your bike. Contact us and we are happy to consult with you through the process.
