Harley-Davidson Narrow Glide Custom Triple Trees - 33mm, 35mm
We offer a complete line of 35mm fork tube diameter Harley-Davidson Narrow Glide Custom Triple Trees. They cover models from 1973 through 1987. The XL models utilizing the smaller and shorter 15/16" diameter neck shaft. To complete the line we also offer the early 33 mm fork tube set that was used on the Xl models from 1957 through 1972, and the FX model 1970 through 1972. The 33mm tree set is only available in a Narrow Glide. All the sets described above are 6 5/8“ wide tube center to center, which is the original factory width. All of our Narrow Glide sets are available with a built in rake at no extra cost. The finish is a scuffed 180. Polishing, powder coating or anodizing are available at an additional cost. The tree sets are be built using our standard 1" thick material. They can also be built using 1 1/4” or 1 1/2" thick material at an additional cost. These stock replacement custom Harley-Davidson triple trees will add a touch of class to any rebuilding project and a cleaner look from the stock trees.

This set features 1" thick material with a 3 3/4 degree rake . The finish is a high gloss polished aluminum. It is set up for a custom bottom mount headlight. The handle bar riser holes are drilled to accept the stock rubber bushings. This tree set fits 1982-1987 FXR and XL models. |

Harley-Davidson Narrow Glide Custom Triple Trees - 39mm
We offer a full line of 39 mm Harley-Davidson Narrow Glide Custom Triple Trees. These tree sets are manufactured to fit all XL, FXR & FXD models from 1988 through 2013. The factory width of 7” tube center to center is maintained. These tree sets are available with a standard with no rake or in all 5 rake angles. The standard plate thickness is 1”. We also offer these tree sets in 11/4” & 11/2” thick aluminum material. Standard finish is a scuffed 180 with polished stainless steel & chrome plated parts. Other available finishes are polished, powder coated or anodized. The tree sets can also be set up to use a 15/16”diameter Neck post for installing on the 1981 & earlier XL model frames at no additional cost. We also offer this tree set to fit the 1986 & down big twin frame that originally used the 35mm tube.
2003 FX Dyna Triple Tree 2 1/2 degree Stock application Triple Tree. This set is built with the 1 1/4" thick aluminum Material. The finish is high gloss polish. The set on the right was ordered utilizing the stock hood mount headlight bracket.

Harley-Davidson Mid Glide Custom Triple Trees - 35mm
We offer a wide selection of 35 mm Harley-Davidson Mid Glide Custom Triple Trees. They fit model years 1973 through 1987. Our custom width is 8 1/2 " tube center to center. This width offers a unique look to the stock front end. A Scuffed 180 finish is standard. High gloss polish , anodizing and powder coating are also available. Standard material is 1" aluminum. 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" thick material are available at an additional cost. These tree sets can require spacer/axle kits. [sold separately] The kits supply the correct axle and spacers for the model year front end being converted.

We custom build a complete line of 39mm Harley-Davidson Mid glide Custom Triple Trees. They cover all models from 1987 through 2013. All the sets described above are 8 1/2" wide tube center to center, that is our custom width covering those years. All of our Mid glide sets are available with a built in rake at no extra cost. The standard finish is scuffed 180. Polishing, powder coating or anodizing are available. The sets can be built using our standard 1" thick material . 1 1/4” or 1 1/2" thick material is available. Harley-Davidson Wide Glide Custom Triple Trees - 35mm, 39mm, 41mm & 49mm
Harley-Davidson Wide Glide Custom Triple Trees. The tube center to center is 9 7/8". This tube center width is still built today on some of the 2018 model Bikes. We cover all the tube sizes the factory has used from the beginning . We also build a 35mm , 39mm and 49mm fork tube model Wide Glide the factory never offered. Below are pictures of some of the sets we have built through the years since 1992.
Harley-Davidson 35mm Fork Tube ,Wide Glide Pictured to the right are 35mm fork tube Wide Glide triple trees. The factory manufactured this tube diameter from 1973 through 1987 on many of there model bikes. This triple tree was never offered from the factory in the wide Glide stance. It was only built in the 6 5/8 tube center to center . We build a full line of 35mm Wide Glides triple trees to fit all the model years. Harley-Davidson, 39 mm fork tube, Wide Glide This is our 39mm Wide Glide. Like the 35mm tree set ,the factory did not build this set in a Wide Glide stance. Bikes were only offered in the 7" tube center to center models. We build a full line of 39mm Wide Glides tree sets to fit model years 1987 through 2013. Harley-Davidson ,41mm fork tube, Wide Glides As mentioned above the factory has produced the 41mm Wide Glide since late 1948. They still run the 9 7/8" tube center to center on some of the current 2018 model bikes. We custom build and offer this tree set to fit all model Harley's from 1948 to present. We can build this triple tree with any of our rake angles and in all 3 of our material sizes. To the right are pictures of a the 41mm Wide Glide sets we have custom built.

Harley-Davidson, 49mm fork tube Wide Glides, 4 In 2006 Harley-Davidson introduced the 49mm fork tube diameter on several model bikes. A year later they started the 9 7/8" wide Glide. As the 41mm fork tube was fased out, more models were built utilizing the 49mm fork tube. We build a full line of 49mm fork tube model triple trees to fit all Harley model frames from 1948 up. They are available in all of our rake angles, and all 3 of our standard material sizes. To the right is a picture of our 49mm Wide Glide Triple Tree conversion set.

Harley-Davidson Standard Width Custom Triple Trees - 49mm
Harley-Davidson started manufacturing a 49mm Fork Tube in 2006. There were several models available with this tube diameter. We build a complete line of tree sets to cover the years 2006 to present.
2006 Street Bob custom set. It is built with a 5 degree rake and maintains the stock 8 1/2" tube width. The set has the stock fork lock tab mounted. The finish is polished.

Harley-Davidson Touring Models Custom Triple Trees
Harley-Davidson Touring Custom Triple Trees. In 1980 Harley-Davidson developed a new touring motorcycle. Unlike its older brother the FLH, the FLT had some new features. Aside from the rubber mounted motor and 5 speed transmission, they developed a new front end with fork tubes set 2 1/2" behind the neck. Additionally, there was a 3 3/4 degree rake built into the trees from the factory. Years after its introduction it is still used on most of the touring models today. We received many calls from trike and side car manufactures requesting this style with added rake angle so we developed a line of replacement tree sets for these motorcycles. Increasing the the rake angle helped improve the ease of steering for these vehicles. We manufacture this tree set in additional [+3 3/4 = 7 1/2 degrees] [+5 =8 3/4 degrees]and [+6 1/4 =10 degrees] ,covering all the years from 1980 through 2013.
2009 and up Touring Model Triple Trees These are our 7 1/2 degree FLT triple trees. They fit the factory newly modified and improved 2009 model touring frame. This set has all the mounting modifications and stop locations to accommodate the new model. All stock covers, nacelles and hardware bolt up as stock. Like all touring model tree sets we build, it is available with 7 1/2, 8 3/4 and 10 degree rakes. These sets are available in all model years from 1980 through 2013. |

2009 UP ,10 Degree ,Touring Model Triple Trees To the right are 3 pictures of the 10 degree tree set. It shows the high angle of rake machined into the trees. The set gives steering the greatest amount of trail reduction. this is required to control the most difficult steering created by heavy handling Side Cars and Trikes. Local riding conditions can require added steering leverage. The riders physical ability can also be a factor. This application also applies if the bike has had weight added to the front from accessories, or frame modifications. |

Here are pictures of our popular 7-1/2 degree triple tree set. This set fits all 1993 through 2008 FLHT and FLHR models. All stock fairings, covers and nacelles bolt up to these tree sets. The stock fork lock is maintained and and the correct mounts are set up for the lower leg covers. +2”over tubes and lower leg covers are recommended to maintain proper frame to ground clearance when available. The set was ordered with a black anodized finish.

These are early style Harley-Davidson touring model Triple Trees. This is a stock application set. All the original parts bolt back up includingn the ignition, covers and nacelles. This tree set is machined to accept the early top mounted fork lock. The set can be ordered and machined to accept the original air dampener (not shown). It is available in 7 1/2, 8 3/4 and 10 degree rake angles. |

Harley-Davidson FLH, Heritage and Fat Boy Custom Triple Trees
Custom Triple Trees manufactures a full line of Harley-Davidson stock application Custom Triple Trees for the Heritage ,Fat Boy and associated models. We build the sets in 3 3/4 ,5 and 7 1/2 degree rakes. All the factory nacelles ,covers and lower legs bolt up as stock.
This 41mm tube triple tree has a 9 1/2" tube center to center width. This is 3/8" inches narrower than all other wide glide tree sets the factory manufactures.

Early Style FLH,FL, FLHS ,Full Covers Right are pictures of the early style ,stock application tree sets that we make. This set has the full 9 7/8 " center to center 41mm tube span. This set is also available in a 3 3/4 , 5 or 7 1/2 degree rake. It fits all 4 speed full size frames 1985 and earlier. All the original tins and lower legs bolt back up as stock. |

Harley-Davidson Buell Custom Triple Trees
We manufacture a complete line of Buell Custom Triple Trees. They are offered in the standard width of 195 mm. We can also build them in a custom 8 1/2" tube center to center and 9 7/8" standard Harley-Davidson Wide Glide Stance . Buell tube diameters come in the conventional 43 mm or the inverted 54 mm diameter. We offer these tree sets in 1" 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" material. They can be built with any of our 5 rake angles or standard with no rake built in. A scuffed 180 aluminum is the standard finish . Polished, anodized or powder coated finishes are available at an additional cost. Special wheel and axle spacers are required for the 8 1/2" and 9 7/8"wide triple trees.
